This is our own personal collection. It is a work in progress. We view it and appreciate it primarily as a work of art, an expression of ourselves. It is put together with a focus for aesthetics, beauty, cultural significance and traditional expression. Most of the items were collected  on our numerous trips to Africa and  they range from museum quality pieces that have been ceremonially used to more recent exclusive pieces that are inspired by traditional and ethnic art, theology and mythology.

On our more recent trips to Africa we have had the opportunity to experience her at her most intimate, her most raw, her most vital - from her boisterous urban cities to her traditional ceremonies out in the bush.

This collection is a reflection of our relationship with Africa. Most importantly it is a symbol of our appreciation, our way of showing and sharing this beautiful continent, its wonderful people and its vibrant cultures.
