Masks-etc is
extremely proud to have taken part in the presentation of
the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts Annual Ball in November
2006. The theme was " Dream of Africa" in honor
of Mr. Guy Laliberte, founder and CEO of Cirque du Soleil,
whose own private African art collection was on show at
the Museum this year. Over
200 of our own pieces, including some from our private
collection, were used to decorate the museum. The end
result was simply stunning. People were truly amazed at
how dramatic and spectacular the evening was. Over 750 of
Montreal's and Quebec's movers and shakers attended,
including the mayor of Montreal. The Ball was an
outstanding success, raising over $885.000 for the Museum.
