The miracle continues!

In April of this year (2006) we were approached by local junior school students who had heard about our efforts to collect clothing, and other supplies for the Kaoma Cheshire Community Centre. The whole school was doing a theme on communities and they felt that they could incorporate assisting the orphans with their project. One community assisting another! Children helping other children less fortunate than themselves. They wrote letters to all parents and held a drive to collect clothing, books, blankets and other necessities. The response and interest was amazing. They collected enough materials to fit half a container. They also wrote, drew and made cards, with thoughts and well wishes. It was very humbling to see young children with such energy, zeal and commitment. A great thank you to all of them. They have made our mission so much more pleasant and hopeful.  In the words and images of the children.....
